This Tibetan yoga introduced to the West by the Tibetan lama Tarthang Tulku in 1970 refreshes body relaxes the mind and senses and quickens energy. Kum Nye brings a quality of relaxation to every activity, and allows our lives to function more smoothly. We become increasingly healthy and balanced.

All exercises are from Tarthang Tulku's Kum Nye - A Tibetan Yoga (Dharma Publishing 1976 and revised in 2008). This Kum Nye DVD gently guides you through the traditional practice of Kum Nye.
