Kum Nye Yoga: Developing Wholeness of Energy

Kum Nye - Healthy Body and Mind Series:
Developing Wholeness of Energy

Often the body and mind do not communicate well with each other. When this happens, we cannot sustain our vitality, concentration or awareness, and we become prone to mental and physical imbalances. Kum Nye activates the subtle energies of the body, mind and senses. It balances and integrates the physical and mental energies, freeing us from limiting patterns. The practices presented here restore the wholeness of our being and improve sustained concentration. A sense of inner peace enables us to better appreciate what life offers and become less dependent on others for wellbeing and happiness. As wholesomeness is restored, you will discover a new knowledge that enables you to mine your deepest resources.

All exercises are from Tarthang Tulku's Kum Nye - A Tibetan Yoga (Dharma Publishing 1976 and revised in 2008). This Kum Nye DVD gently guides you through the traditional practice of Kum Nye. The postures, movements, breathing and visualizations will cultivate calmness and awaken deeper aspects of your being. In this DVD you will be introduced to Kum Nye exercises #20 Touching Body Energy, #25 Calming Inner Energy, # 54 Loosening Up the Self-Image, #62 Increasing Endurance, and #58 Coordinating the Wholeness of Energy.

The DVD contains beautiful menus, a Prelude, The Art of Developing Balance, Kum Nye Postures, Kum Nye Products, Chapter Selection, Subtitles for the hearing impaired.
