Being Present in the Present

Is it possible that we could be creators of our own experience? Could we learn to manifest beauty and happiness, instead of waiting for it to be delivered to us by circumstance. This Kum Nye Dancing DVD, based on traditional Tibetan Lama Dancing, addresses these questions using the body as the vehicle for transformation. The DVD includes a two part instruction on the movement, rhythm, and the deeper layers of meaning of each gesture in this exciting series. Once you have learned how to do the postures in time and have manifested the knowledge of each gesture, you can practice along with the performance in Part 3 or watch the entire series.

Gestures: 63, 30, 37, 45, 47, 49, 54, 60
