The purpose of this recording Activating the Mandala of Your Life is to help you learn one of the main structures of Tibetan Buddhism for the release of your potential. We use it in Skillful Means training when we talk about three blueprints for success. In the book Mastering Successful Work, it is called "Structures for Accomplishment." This is the Model of Five.
Before you begin to work with the recording, it is best to have a project or a situation in mind that you would like to work with. You will hear references to projects and ongoing work that are in progress at DP which are helpful examples of how others might apply this material. You will get the most out of this if you have your own project or personal situation in mind as you listen
Part 1 Includes the introduction to the Mandala, the meaning behind the center of the mandala, and how to activate the eastern quadrant of the Mandala as well as two practices.
Part 2 Includes the south, the west, and the northern quadrants of the Mandala as well as practices and how the Mandala relates to "Structures of Accomplishment" from Mastering Successful Work.
